I am planning on building a pool and have been told that the pool must remain 10 feet from tank & leach lines. Does the same go for permanent structures such as decking over the leach lines?
Make sure you do your home work on this before spending any money on your future plans. You will probably not be allowed to build any sort of permanent structure over the leach fields. Check with DEQ to get their blessing before proceeding -- try 740-6501 and ask for Robert Flynt.
